1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MediaFetch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable national and international laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this portal.

2. Permitted and Authorized Use

MediaFetch provides automated tools for:

• Transcoding, compressing, and extracting thumbnails from user-owned video and audio files;
• Inspecting technical stream metadata from publicly accessible media headers;
• Downloading media from direct authorized URLs where the publisher permits public access;
• Viewing official embeds and metadata via authorized platform oEmbed integrations.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree strictly NOT to:

• Circumvent, decrypt, or bypass any Digital Rights Management (DRM) or technical protection measure;
• Extract content from platforms where automated scraping or direct downloading violates provider terms of service without express permission;
• Use the service to convert or disseminate unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material;
• Launch Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks or probe private networks and internal endpoints;
• Interfere with, overburden, or launch denial-of-service attacks against our server infrastructure.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid passes (Starter Pass for ₹29 and Pro VIP Pass for ₹49) provide 30 days of upgraded capacity, higher upload quotas, and priority encoding queues. Payments are processed via Razorpay. All fees are clearly stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable once media processing quotas have been utilized.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

MediaFetch is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall MediaFetch or its developers be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
